Teriyaki Sauce

We had fried rice for dinner last night and I thought I'd share my recipe for teriyaki sauce. It makes a slightly sweet version...just add more brown sugar to sweet it up.

1/4 C soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cloves

Mix together and let stand 20 minutes before using.

Back and Better Than Ever!

I've taken a long hiatus from blogging, business and well, life in general. I'm back now with a lot of fresh ideas for making jewelry, living green and designing new product lines.

We've been in the unemployed camp for longer than I'd like to admit. It doesn't look like the job scene is going to get any better, especially in our area. This is scary, but it's a good thing too because I have a good reason and motivation to get back into business full-time. :)

I'm going to be selling a lot of my existing jewelry on Etsy while working on some new designs which will show up there too.

Also, coming soon my hand knit 100% cotton dishcloths will be available for $6 each with free shipping.

This weekend we're hitting a big bead show in our area so expect to see some hot new stuff coming along.
